女性卵巢激素与睡眠和认知功能的关系 被引量:9

摘要 认知功能下降的机制复杂,其中性别扮演重要角色,临床研究证明在认知功能的发病率上,男性和女性有明显差异。一方面,女性体内的卵巢激素可以影响人的认知功能及睡眠,绝经后卵巢激素的缺乏可加速认知功能下降,并且卵巢激素的波动也会影响睡眠;另外一方面,睡眠对认知功能有重要作用,频繁的睡眠剥夺也可以导致认知功能下降。通过对卵巢激素、睡眠、认知功能障碍三者之间关系的研究,可以为认知功能障碍的治疗提供临床指导。 The mechanism of cognitive decline is complex,in which gender plays an important role.Clinical studies have shown that there is a significant difference in the incidence of cognitive function disease between men and women. Ovarian hormones in women,on one hand,can affect the person's cognitive function and sleep,that postmenopausal lack of ovarian hormones can accelerate decline in cognitive function,and ovarian hormone fluctuations will also affect the sleep;on the other hand,sleep plays an important role in cognitive function,that frequent sleep deprivation can lead to cognitive decline .The research on the relationship of ovarian hormones and sleep with cognitive dysfunction can provide clinical guidance for the treatment of cognitive dysfunction.
