丹参多酚酸治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效及对血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶和新蝶呤水平的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究丹参多酚酸治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效及对血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和新蝶呤水平的影响。方法选择2015年2月至2017年2月河南大学淮河医院治疗的发病时间24 h内的98例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,依据随机数字法分为试验组和对照组,各49例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上进行丹参多酚酸静脉滴注。比较观察两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后美国国立卫生院卒中神经功能缺损评分量表(NIHSS)评分及血清中NSE和新蝶呤水平。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组[91. 84%(45/49)比75. 51%(37/49)](P <0. 05)。治疗后,试验组患者NIHSS评分低于对照组[(8. 9±3. 4)分比(12. 5±2. 2)分](P <0. 01)。治疗后,试验组血清NSE和新蝶呤水平低于对照组[(18. 2±7. 1) mg/L比(22. 5±7. 5) mg/L、(12. 7±6. 9) nmol/L比(15. 3±7. 1) nmol/L](P <0. 05)。结论丹参多酚酸治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效确切,可促进神经功能恢复,降低患者血清NSE和新蝶呤水平。 Objective To explore the efficacy of salvianolic acid on patients with ischemic stroke(IS),and the effect on serum levels of neuron-specific enolase (NSE) and neopterin.Methods From Feb. 2015 to Feb. 2017,98 patients with IS treated in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University within 24 h of onset were included in the study.They were divided into a trial group and a control group according to random number method,49 cases each.The control group was given routine treatment,while the trial group was given salvianolic acid intravenously on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy ,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) and serum levels of NSE and neopterin were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the trial group was higher than that in the control group [91.84%(45/49) vs 75.51%(37/49)]( P 〈0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS score in the trial group was lower than that in the control group [(8.9±3.4) score vs (12.5±2.2) score]( P 〈0.01).After treatment,the levels of serum NSE and neopterin in the trial group were lower than those in the control group [(18.2±7.1) mg/L vs (22.5± 7.5 ) mg/L,(12.7±6.9) nmol/L vs (15.3±7.1) nmol/L]( P 〈0.05).Conclusion Salvianolic acid has a definitive clinical efficacy in the treatment of IS,which can promote neurological recovery and decrease the serum levels of NSE and neopterin.
