刷牙对大块和分层充填树脂的表面特性和颜色稳定性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较刷牙对大块和分层充填复合树脂的表面特性和颜色稳定性的影响。方法选取基质成分相同的分层复合树脂Amaris和大块复合树脂X-tra fil,分别制备了8个试件,抛光后体外模拟刷牙1h,对比刷牙前、后两者的表面光泽度(GU)、表面粗糙度(Ra)以及颜色变化情况,并观察两者表面的显微形貌。结果刷牙前、后Amaris的GU值均显著高于X-tra fil (P<0.001和P=0.018)。刷牙前Amaris的Ra值显著低于X-tra fil (P<0.001),但是刷牙后其Ra值却显著高于X-tra fil (P<0.001)。X-tra fil刷牙前后色差(?E)显著低于Amaris (P<0.001)。结论大块树脂能较好的耐受机械刷牙的磨耗并具有更好的颜色稳定性。 ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of toothbrushing abrasion on the surface roughness and the color stability of incrementally-flled and bul-flled composite resins. MethodsSixteen dimensionally standard-ized composite resins specimens (n=8/group) were made from one incrementally-flled composite resins (Amaris) and one bul-flled composite resins (X-tra fl). Before and after toothbrushing simulation, the surface gloss was measured by a glossmeter, the surface roughness was evaluated by a proflometer, and the color was measured us-ing a spectrophotometer. ResultsBefore and after the toothbrushing abrasion, the gloss value in Amaris group was signifcantly higher than that in X-tra fl (P〈0.001 and P=0.018). The surface roughness in Amaris was lower than that in X-tra fl group befor toothbrushing, while it was higher that in X-tra fl group after polishing (P〈0.001). In addition, X-tra fl exhibited lower △ E than Amaris after the simulated toothbrushing (P〈0.001). ConclusionsThe bul-flled composite resin showed better maintenance of surface smoothness and better color stability, com-pared to traditionally incrementally-flled composite resins.
