航空飞行器外蒙皮用新型色漆/清漆涂层系统与常规涂层系统的对比研究

Study on the Comparison of New Basecoat/Clearcoat Coating System for Outer Skin of Aircraft and Conventional Coating System

采用航空涂料行业常用的试验设备和方法,对航空飞行器外蒙皮用新型色漆/清漆涂层系统与常规涂层系统两者之间的装饰性、单位面积质量、户外耐久性以及施工效率等进行对比试验。试验结果显示,新型色漆/清漆涂层系统的装饰性与保光保色性更佳,施工效率更高,减重效果明显。

The decoration, weight per unit area, outdoor durability and construction efficiency of a new type of basecoat/ clearcoat coating system for outer skin of aircraft were compared with those of conventional coating system by common test equipments and methods in aviation coating industry. The test results showed that the new basecoat/clearcoat coating system had better decorative and color retention, higher construction efficiency and obvious weight reduction effect.
