基于“双元工作室”制的高职酒店管理人才培养探索

On the Hotel Management Personnel Training Mode in Higher Vocational Exploration Based on the "Dual Studio System"

"工作室"制人才培养模式是以工作室为载体,将企业生产实践项目融入学校的教学课程之中,使学生和员工在学校和企业的导师指导下,完成实践项目,全面提升学生的设计能力和综合素质。在对酒店管理专业应用"双元工作室"制人才培养模式的必要性和可行性进行分析的基础上,归纳总结高职院校酒店管理专业的培养实践,探索酒店管理专业人才培养的定位、工作室的组建、工作室教学模式的实施流程,并总结工作室运行的师承机制、共享机制、传承机制和凝聚力机制等。

Studio teaching mode takes the studio as the carrier, combines the theory course with theproduction practice, and enables the students and employees to complete the practice project under the guidanceof the school and the ente,prise＇s tutor, and comprehensively improves the design ability and the comprehensivequality. On the basis of analyzing the necessity and feasibility of applying the ＂dual studio system＂ personneltraining mode in hotel management specialty, this paper summarizes the training practice of hotel managementspecialty in Higher Vocational colleges, explores the orientation of hotel management training, the establishmentof studio, the implementation process of studio teaching mode, and summarizes the running mechanism, sharingmechanism, inheritance mechanism and cohesive force mechanism of the studio.
