摘要
高职院校学生就业过程中的现象揭示了就业价值观已成为制约学生就业的关键因素。这就要求:一方面重新审视学生就业价值观对就业的影响机制,即从学生的就业目标、就业心态和就业行为上分析就业价值观存在的问题及其原因;另一方面重新审视就业价值观的培育主体及其功能,即高校要承担起育人的功能,通过实践育人、服务育人和文化育人,引导学生形成正确的就业价值观。
The phenomenon in the process of students' employment in higher vocational colleges revealsthat the value of employment has become a key factor that restricts students' employment. This requires: on theone hand, the influencing mechanism of students' employment values on employment should be re-examined. Inother words, problems and causes of employment values should be analyzed from students' employment goals,employment mentality and employment behavior. On the other hand, the cultivation subject and function ofemployment values should be re-examined, that is, universities should assume the function of education, and guidestudents to form correct employment values through practice, service and culture.
