人工智能视角下的酒店人才需求分析与培养对策研究被引量：15

摘要人工智能的发展倒逼酒店人才需求和酒店职业教育发生变革。本文分析了智能时代下,酒店岗位与人工智能系统的关系,酒店员工的存在价值与需求定位,提出了学校"基于核心素养的酒店高素质智能型精英人才"的培养定位,并从五个方面提出了培养对策。
