摘要
隔声性能是墙体物理性能评价的重要技术指标,以木塑建筑墙体为对象,对其隔声性能进行研究。结果表明:以木塑材为墙骨柱的墙体与以SPF规格材为墙骨柱的墙体相比,隔声量偏差在±3 dB以内;木塑墙体的外墙面板材料对墙体隔声效果影响显著,木塑面板对隔声贡献远高于聚氯乙烯PVC塑料挂板;木塑外墙面板周边密封质量对墙体隔声性能有重要影响;木塑内墙饰面板对墙体隔声贡献较小;采用吸音棉或无纺布作为弹性隔条的方法是提高墙体隔声性能的有效技术措施,其隔声量经粉红噪声频谱修正量修正分别提高2.4 dB及3.1 dB,经交通噪声频谱修正分别提高2.8 dB及3.6 dB。
The sound insulation property is an important technical index for evaluating the physical property of the building wall. The wood plastic building wall is taken as an study object to study its sound insulation performance. According to the result, compared the wall that takes wood plastic material as the wall bone column with the wall that takes SPF material as the wall bone column, the sound insulation deviation is less than ±3 dB. The external panel material of the wood plastic wall has significant effect on the sound insulation property, and the contribution of the wood-plastic panel to the sound insulation is much higher than that of PVC plastic hanging board. The surrounding sealing quality of the panel of the wood plastic exterior wall has an important influence on the sound insulation effect of the building wall, and the panel of the wood plastic interior wall has less influence on the sound insulation performance of the wall. Taking the sound-absorbing cotton or non-woven fabric as elastic strips is an effective technical measure to improve the sound insulation performance of the walls. The sound insulation is improved by 2.4 dB and 3.1dB respectively after the correction of pink noise spectrum, and increases by 2.8 dB and 3.6 dB respectively after the correction of traffic noise spectrum.
