摘要
为节省以太网通信系统中电缆和电连接器资源,本文设计了一种基于以太网供电的低噪声数据采集传输系统,采用4线制实现百兆以太网数据通信和直流供电复用传输,并对其采集输入端进行了噪声频谱分析。经过实测,百兆以太网双向数据和直流供电复用传输稳定可靠,直流供电和以太网信号传输对采集传输系统的输入端工作频段无影响,采集系统输入端信噪比与所选ADC基本一致。该设计可广泛应用于传输线缆芯数受限的数据采集传输系统。
In order to save cable and electric connector resources in Ethernet communication system, a low-noise data acquisition and transmission system based on POE is designed in this paper. And using 4-wire to realize the multiplex transmission of 100-megabyte Ethernet data communication and DC power supply, The noise spectrum is analyzed on the input of the acquisition. According to data analysis of actual measure, two-way data and DC power supply multiplexing transmission of the 100-megabit Ethernet is stable and reliable. The DC power supply and Ethernet transmission signal have no effect on the working frequency band of the input end of the acquisition transmission system. The input SNR of the acquisition system is basically the same as that of the selected ADC. The design can be widely applied to data acquisition and transmission system with limited transmission cable core number.
