摘要
为比较黄连、甘草制黄连的乙醇粗提物的体外抗菌活性,以大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌和白色念珠菌作为受试菌株,采用滤纸片法测抑菌圈大小,二倍稀释法检测最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC).结果表明,黄连、甘草制黄连的乙醇粗提物对五种菌均具有抑菌作用,并在一定质量浓度范围中具有杀菌作用.甘草制黄连乙醇粗提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、白葡萄球菌的抗菌活性略强于黄连乙醇粗提物.
In order to compare the antibacterial activity of ethanol crude extracts of coptis and licorice concocted coptis in vitro, used escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococ- cus, bacillus subtilis and candida albicans as tested strains, using filter paper method to measure the size of bacteria circle, double dilution method to detect the minimum inhibitocy concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC). The results showed that ethanol crude extracts of coptis and licorice concocted coptis were all bacteriostatic a- gainst five kinds of bacteria and had a bactericidal effect in a certain concentration range. The antibacterial activity of crude ethanol extract of licorice concocted coptis to staphylococ- cus aureus and staphylococcus was slightly stronger than ethanol crude extracts of coptis.
