摘要 综述了不同来源不同结构类型的脂肪酶抑制剂的研究进展。对深入研究天然脂肪酶抑制剂作用机制、通过多种减肥机制协同作用开发减肥产品及利用芳香植物开发减肥香料进行了展望。 The research development of the lipase inhibitors with different chemical structure or derived from different plants were reviewed. Further study on the mechanism of natural lipase inhibition, developing anti-obesity product through synergistic effect of various weight loss mechanisms and developing anti-obesity spices by using aromatic plants were prospected.
