多烯酸磷脂的合成制备方法及表征

摘要 以藻油甘油酯为起始原料,先通过皂化获得多烯酸原料,再经过两步方法制备多烯酸磷脂化合物,两步的总收率是31.0%。反应粗产物采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化,对制备的多烯酸磷脂主要成分进行了红外光谱以及高效液相色谱的初步鉴定,证实所合成的产物与预期的目标化合物多烯酸磷脂结构一致,产物中多烯酸磷脂的总含量是97.04%。 Polyolenoic acid phospholipids were synthesized from alginate glycerol ester by saponification. In the first, polyunsaturated fatty acid was obtained by saponification, then the two steps were used to prepare the phospholipid compounds. The total yield of the two steps was 31.0 %. The crude product was separated and purifled by silica gel column chromatography. The main components of polyolenoic acid phospholipids were identifled by infrared spectroscopy and high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the synthesized product was consistent with the expected target compound polyoleic acid phospholipids. The total content of polyoleic acid phospholipids in the product was 97.04 %.
