摘要
将赭曲霉毒素A(OTA)适配子与Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子结合,CdTe发光量子点标记于OTA适配子互补短链上,结合荧光分析技术、适配子识别技术与磁分离富集技术,建立一种OTA的高特异性和灵敏性的新型检测技术。
CdTe luminescent quantum dots (QDs) were labeled on the complementary short chains of ochratoxin A (OTA) aptamers by binding OTA aptamers to Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles. A novel OTA detection technique with high specifl city and sensitivity was developed by combining fluorescence analysis, aptamer recognition and magnetic separation and enrichment techniques.
