摘要
综述了食品污染的危害以及我国食品安全方面面临的问题,提出了相应的管理办法,以期为食品安全发展提供理论依据。
The harm of food pollution and the problems of food safety in China were summarized. The corresponding management methods were put forward in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of food safety.
