摘要
采用超声辅助提取刺槐花多糖,通过正交试验优化多糖的提取工艺,并就其多糖对1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基自由基(DPPH·)和羟基自由基(·OH)的清除作用进行初步研究。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为液料比30∶1(m L/g),超声温度30℃,超声时间40 min,超声功率450 W,此时多糖平均提取率为15.89%;超声辅助提取的刺槐花多糖对DPPH·和·OH清除作用明显,且其质量浓度与抗氧化性具有量效关系。
Ultrasonic assisted extraction of polysaccharide from Robinia pseudoacacia was optimized by orthogonal test, and the scavenging effects of polysaccharide on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazxyl radical (DPPH·) and hydroxyl radical (·OH) were studied. The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Robinia pseudoacacia were as follows: liquid-solid ratio 30 ∶ 1(mL/g), ultrasonic temperature 30 ℃ , ultrasonic time 40 min and ultrasonic power 450 W, the average extraction rate of polysaccharide was 15.89%; The effect of ultrasound assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Robinia pseudoacacia on DPPH· and ·OH scavenging was obviously, and its concentration and antioxidant activity had dose effect relationship.
