摘要
通过测定丁吡吗啉对烟草黑胫病菌菌丝生长速率的抑制、产孢力的影响、继代培养菌的敏感性及菌丝生长量的抑制,探究丁吡吗啉对烟草黑胫病生物学特性的影响。试验结果表明丁吡吗啉对烟草黑胫病菌的菌丝生长速率抑制和产孢力影响EC_(50)为2.19和0.66 mg·L^(-1),菌丝生长量抑制EC_(50)为7.53 mg·L^(-1),继代培养结果表明烟草黑胫病对丁吡吗啉的抗性增长缓慢。
By measuring the inhibition of mycelial growth rate, effect of sporulation, sensitivity of subculture, andmycelial growth, we studied the biological characteristics of Pyrimorph against tobacco black shank. The resultsshowed that Pyrimorph has a strong inhibitory effect on tobacco black shank hyphal growth and sporangium, with EC50values of 2.19 and 0.66 mg·L-1. Pyrimorph also has a strong inhibitory effect on mycelial growth, with the EC50valueof 7.53 mg·L-1. Subculture results indicated that the resistance of tobacco black shank to Pyrimorph was slow.
