血清中肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ表达水平与高血压患者动态血压参数的关系

Relationships between Expressions of Serum Renin and AngiotensinⅡ and Parameters of Ambulatory Blood Pressure in Hypertensive Patients

目的探讨血清中肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ表达水平与高血压患者动态血压及心血管风险事件的关系。方法选取我院2016年9月-2017年9月间收治的90例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,所有患者均抽取外周血,检测血清中肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ表达水平,所有患者均检测动态血压水平,分析血清中肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平与患者动态血压相关指标的关系,并采用Logistic回归分析探讨血清相关指标与心血管事件的关系。结果 Rein高水平的患者24hSBP、nSBP、dSBP、24hDBP、dDBP、nDBP、24hSSD、24hDSD高于Rein低水平的患者,AngⅡ高水平的患者24hSBP、nSBP、dSBP、24hDBP、dDBP、nDBP、24hSSD、24hDSD高于低水平的患者,Rein(P=0.01)、AngⅡ(P=0.04)、24hSSD(P=0.03)、24hDSD(P=0.03)是心血管事件的独立风险因素。结论血清中Rein、AngⅡ与患者动态血压及心血管事件密切相关。

Objective To investigate the association between expressions of serum renin, angiotensin II, dynamic bloodpressure and cardiovascular risk events in patients with hypertension. Methods Ninety cases of primary hypertension patients treated in our hospital between September 2016 and September 2017 were selected as the subjects. Samples of peripheral blood werecollected to detect the leves of serum renin and angiotensin II. The ambulatory blood pressure was detected in each of these patients in order to analyze the correlations between leves of serum renin and angiotensin II and indexes related to the ambulatoryblood pressure. Logistics regression analysis was used to investigate the relationship between serum-related indexes and cardiovascular events. Results Patients with high levels of remin had higher levels of 24hSBP, nSBP, dSBP, 24hDBP, dDBP, nDBP,24hSSD and 24hDSD than those with low levels of renin. These levels were higher in patients with high levels of angiotensin IIthan those of patients with low levels of angiotensin II. Renin （P= 0. 01）, Ang II （P= 0. 04）, 24h SSD （P= 0. 03）, and 24hDSD （P= 0. 03） were independent risk factors for cardiovascular events in patients. Conclusion Levels of renin and AngII in serum are closely related to patients＇ ambulatory blood pressure and cardiovascular events.
