The paper explores the procedure of the overhaul work permit of a nuclear power plant and analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the way of process optimization and resource integration, which can reduce the number of work permits issued, the workload of personnel, the human error probability under the premise of ensuring the work safety of the nuclear power plant. It also can realize the lean management of the work permit process and the effective control of costs.
