摘要
随着城市轨道交通不断发展,运营人才需求随之不断提升,人才供给培养矛盾突出,建立可持续发展的人力资源管理模式势在必行。论文分析了城市轨道交通不同发展阶段特点、人力资源需求及现阶段人力资源管理的困难,从薪酬制度、绩效考核制度、员工晋升制度、激励培养制度等几个方面提出了人力资源管理可持续发展策略。
With the continuous development of urban rail transit, the demand for operational talents is continuously increasing, and the contradiction of talent supply and training is prominent. It is imperative to establish a sustainable human resource management mode. This paper analyzes the characteristics of different development stages of urban rail transit, the human resource requirements and the difficulties of human resource management at the present stage. And the sustainable development strategy of human resource management is put forward from several aspects, such as the salary system, performance appraisal system, staff promotion system, incentive and training system and so on.
