Discussion on How to Do Well the Career Guidance of the Employment Difficulty Group

结合自身近几年作为辅导员的经历,通过与学生们的广泛接触,针对学生们所面临的就业压力,梳理目前高校就业困难对象的现状和类型,对这些就业困难群体形成的原因进行分析,结合目前国内经济发展形势和高校教育现状,提出做好高校就业困难群体职业指导工作的几点建议。

Combined with the experience of being a counselor in recent years, and through the extensive contact with students, aiming at the employment pressure faced by students, this paper combs the present situation and types of employment difficulty group, and analyzes the causes of forming the employment difficulty of these groups. Combined with the current situation of domestic economic development and the present situation of college education, some suggestions are put forward for doing a good job of career guidance for the group with difficulty in obtaining employment in colleges and universities.
