基于PPP模式下河北省农村生活垃圾处理方式研究——以石家庄市藁城区为例

Research on the Disposal Method of Rural Domestic Waste in Hebei Province Based on the PPP Mode——Taking Gaocheng District of Shijiazhuang as an Example

我省农村经济伴随改革开放迅速发展,环境问题也日益突出,而农村环境中生活垃圾是关键部分。能否科学高效地处理农村生活垃圾关系着农村人居环境的质量、乡村振兴战略的进程。论文以石家庄市藁城区为例,通过数据收集、文献查阅、实地调研的方法将PPP模式与农村生活垃圾处理方式相结合,得出更适合我省的PPP模式下农村生活垃圾处理方式的对策建议。

The rural economy of Hebei province develops rapidly with the reform and opening up, and the environmental problem is also becoming increasingly prominent. And in the rural environment, domestic waste is the key part. Whether we can deal with rural domestic garbage scientifically and efficiently is related to the quality of rural human settlement environment and the process of rural revitalization strategy. The paper takes Gaocheng district of Shijiazhuang as an example, combines PPP mode with the disposal mode of rural domestic waste through data collection, literature review and field investigation, so as to obtain the countermeasures and suggestions for the disposal mode of rural domestic waste under the PPP mode in Hebei province.
