Research on the Factors Affecting the Entrepreneurial Ability of Normal College Students and the Countermeasures

随着国家创新驱动发展战略需要,"大众创业,万众创新"已经变为一种常态,越来越多的师范生也必将走上自主创业之路。基于此,师范类院校加强师范生创业教育已显得十分必要。论文基于师范生创业基本素质现状,从创业精神与意识、心理品质、知识体系等方面进行分析研究,从观念引导、双创教育改革、经费保障方面提出应对措施。通过加强创新创业教育改革,为师范类高校全面实施大学生创业能力提升计划打下坚实基础。

Along with the need of the national innovation-driven development strategy, ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂ has become a normal state, and more and more normal school students are bound to embark on the road of starting their own business. Based on this, it has become very necessary for normal colleges to strengthen the entrepreneurship education of students. Based on the current situation of the students＇ basic quality of entrepreneurship, the paper analyzes and studies their entrepreneurial spirit and consciousness, psychological quality, knowledge system, etc, and puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of concept guidance,entrepreneurship and innovation education reform and funds guarantee. Through strengthening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, a solid foundation can be laid for the full implementation of the plan of promoting college students＇ entrepreneurial ability in normal colleges and universities.
