浅析当代工科本科生就业观问题的形成与未来发展

Analysis of the Formation of the Problems of the Employment View of Contemporary Engineering Undergraduates and Its Future Development

在我国经济已进入到新常态发展的形势下,工科本科生的就业状况对国家的建设和发展起着不可估量的作用,其就业观问题的形成与未来发展趋势与当前经济大环境有很大联系。经分析,当前工科本科生就业观问题形成主要基于四种矛盾,即总量矛盾、结构矛盾、稳定性矛盾、专业对口矛盾;未来工科本科生就业观发展主要有三种趋势,即基层就业、创新创业、积极"慢就业"。

Under the situation that China＇s economy has entered a new normal development, the employment situation of engineering undergraduates plays an inestimable role in the construction and development of the country. According to the analysis, the problem of employment concept of engineering undergraduates is mainly based on four kinds of contradictions, namely, total quantity contradiction, structural contradiction, stability contradiction and professional counterpart contradiction. There are three main trends in the development of the employment concept of engineering undergraduates in the future, that is, grassroots employment, innovative entrepreneurship, and active ＂slow employment＂.
