浅谈提高人工智能挖孔桩灌注质量控制要点

摘要 随着近年来我国基础建设的蓬勃发展,桩基础已经广泛用于桥梁、房屋建筑等工程,在地形条件复杂、不利于机械作业的条件和环境下以及工期紧的工程,已广泛采用人工挖孔桩,以便充分发挥其优点。但人工挖桩井下作业条件差,单桩施工速度慢,耗费劳动力多,施工人员的安全性较差,成桩质量显得尤为重要,一旦桩基成桩质量存在问题,将加剧二次成桩难度。论文将从人工挖孔桩的灌注质量展开探讨。 In recent years, with the vigorous development of infrastructure projects in China, pile foundation has been widely used in bridges, buildings and other projects. Under the complicated terrain conditions, and the unfavorable conditions and environment for mechanical operation, as well as the projects of tight construction period, the artificial dug pile has been widely applied, so as to give full play to its advantages. However, the working conditions of artificial dug pile are poor, the construction speed of single pile is slow, the labor consumption is much, and the safety of construction personnel is poor, so the pile quality is particularly important. Once there occurs quality problems of the pile formation of pile foundation, it will increase the difficulty of secondary pile formation. The paper will make a discussion from the perfusion quality of artificial dug pile.
