Based on the scientific and technological achievements database of Shijiazhuang, the paper studies and analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the application of the scientific and technological achievements in Shijiazhuang, and constructs the evaluation index system of the transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements, so as to evaluate and calculate the types of different industries and achievements units. Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are also put forward.
