The Reform and Development of Measuring and Controlling Specialty Based on the SWOT Analysis

为适应国家"以信息化带动工业化"重大决策的需要,探索测控技术与仪器专业改革思路与发展方向,论文采用SWOT分析的方法,深入研究了信息产业建设下,测控技术与仪器专业建设面临的机遇与挑战,以及所处优势与劣势。结合专业基础,综合分析应采取扭转型发展战略,并科学合理地提出相应的改革建议,以期推动新经济形势下测控技术与仪器专业建设与人才培养工作,提高学科专业竞争力。

In order to meet the needs of the national important decision of ＂promoting industrialization through informatization＂, we need to explore the reform thought and development direction of measuring and controlling technology and instrument specialty. Through adopting the SWOT analysis method, this paper deeply studies the opportunities and challenges faced by the construction of the measuring and controlling technology and instrument specialty under the construction of information industry, as well as its advantages and disadvantages.Combined with the professional foundation, we comprehensively analyze that the strategy of twist transformation and development should be adopted, and put forward scientific and reasonable suggestions for the reform. It is hoped that this can promote the construction of the measuring and controlling technology and instrument specialty and talents training under the new economic situation, and improve the competitiveness of the specialty.
