全面开展平湖市农村宅基地及其地上房屋等建筑物、构筑物的权籍调查,形成适合本地区的农村不动产权籍调查技术方法和实现路径,切实规范和促进全市农房不动产权籍调查,为全市全面推进和实施农村房屋不动产登记奠定扎实基础。建立完善本地区CORS网,推广使用与国家要求一致的测绘成果标准。

Comprehensively carrying out the cadastral investigation of the rural residence land and the buildings and structures on its ground in Pinghu city, and forming the technical method and realization path of the investigation of the rural real estate cadastral that are suitable for this area, so as to standardize and promote the investigation of the real estate rights of rural houses in the whole city, and to lay a solid foundation for the promotion and implementation of the registration of real estate in rural areas in an all-round way. We also need to establish and improve the CORS network in our region and popularize the standard of surveying and mapping achievement in accordance with the national requirements.
