手术室病人安全管理评价指标体系的构建

Establishment of evaluation index system of patient safety management in operating room

[目的]构建手术室病人安全管理评价指标体系,旨在降低手术室病人安全隐患,有效防范护理安全事故的发生。[方法]人工检索东莞市不良事件上报系统2009年1月─2016年12月东莞市各所医院上报的与手术病人安全管理相关的不良事件,并对相关上报人/管理者进行半结构访谈,结合相关文献检索结果,参考相关政策性文件,初步构建评价指标体系草案;运用德尔菲专家函询法对评价指标体系草案进行两轮修订。[结果]两轮函询问卷回收率分别为97.1%、88.6%,专家权威性分别为0.801、0.832,最终确定制定包括3项一级指标(结构、过程、结果)、9项二级指标和38项三级指标的手术室病人安全管理评价指标体系。[结论]确定的手术室病人安全管理评价指标体系可用于规避手术室护理安全事故的发生。

Objective：To develop evaluation index system of patient safety management in operating room,in order to reduce hidden danger of patient safety, effectively prevent safety accidents. Methods： Adverse events associated with surgery patient safety manage ment, reported from January 2009 to l）ecember 2016 in Dongguan city, were searched manually in Dongguan adverse event reporting system,and semi-structured interviewed with related person/manager. Combined with related literature retrieval result, refered to relevant policy documents, evaluation index system were preliminarily drafted. The draft evaluation index system was consulted twice rounds by Delphi experts method. Results：The questionnaires response rates of the two rounds were respectively 97. 1% and 88.6 % , and the expert authority were respectively 0. 801 and 0. 832. The evaluation index system of patient safety management in operating room including 3 first - level indicators（structure, process, results） , 9 second - level indicators and 38 third - level indicators was final ly established. Conclusion： The evaluation index system of patient safety management in operating room could De used to avoid the oc currence of nursing safety accidents in operating room.
