摘要
[目的]探讨信息化造口教育平台在肠造口病人延续护理中的应用。[方法]构建信息化造口教育平台,选取某三级甲等医院肠造口出院病人2 600例,对照组和观察组各1 300例,对照组采用传统方法给予病人出院指导,观察组采用信息化造口教育平台开展延续护理。比较两组病人并发症发生及随访情况。[结果]观察组造口病人并发症发生率(16.3%)远低于对照组(32.3%)(P<0.01),观察组中212例病人发生了造口并发症,其中174例造口病人通过造口教育平台自行处理,占82.1%。[结论]信息化造口教育平台开展肠造口延续护理,减少了造口并发症,简化了病人就医程序,提高了肠造口病人自我护理能力,从而提升了肠造口病人生活质量。
Objective:To explore the application of informational ostomy education platform in the continuing nursing of patients with enterostomy. Mcthods:To construct an information - based ostomy education platform. A total of 2 600 patients discharged from a third Grade A hospital were enrolled and divided into the control group and the observation group, 1 300 patients in each. The patients in control group received traditional guidance for discharge. The patients in observation group received the informational ostomy edu cation platform for continuing nursing. The incidence of complications and follow - up conditions of the two groups were compared. Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group (16.3%) was much lower than that of the control group (32.3%) (P〈0.01). A total of 212 patients developed stoma complications in the observation group, and 174 patients (82. 1 %) of them han dled by themselves through the ostomy education platform. Conclusions: Conducting the informational ostomy education platform in the continuing nursing of patients with enterostomy could reduce the complications of ostomy, simplify the medical procedure,ira prove the self-care ability of patients with enterostomy,so as to improve the quality of life of patients with enterostomy.
