摘要 针对便携式近红外光谱仪持续工作时间短和功耗问题,设计了一套近红外光谱仪的低功耗系统。系统包含光源能量可调模块、DS18B20温度传感器、电源与电池充电模块;采用STM32F407为核心主控芯片,根据STM32系列低功耗特性,结合光谱仪、上位机与外设的特点,设计了系统的休眠模式、停止模式和待机模式3种低功耗工作模式。通过对样机的性能测试和功耗试验,表明该系统光谱稳定性好、基线稳定,满足近红外系统性能要求,与未采取低功耗设计的系统比较可以延长工作时间3~4小时。 A low power consumption system was designed for portable NIR spectrometer. It included independently adjustable light source, DS18B20 temperature sensor module, power supply and battery charging module. Using STM32F407 microcontroller as the core control chip, three kinds of low power consumption modes i. e. the sleep mode, stopped working mode and standby mode were designed. The prototype test showed that the spectral stability was good and baseline was stable. The working times could be extended by 3 to 4 hours.
