吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱法测定大熊猫粪便中挥发性成分

Determination of volatile compounds in giant panda's feces by using purge and trap gas chromatography/mass spectrometry

本研究首次将吹扫捕集进样技术与气相色谱/质谱法相结合应用于大熊猫粪便中挥发性成分的分析,分离并鉴定7只大熊猫粪便样品中多种挥发性成分。所鉴定的成分中,不同样品中组分数量不同,最多组分为83种,最少为38种,其主要以烯醇类、醛类、酯类和酮类等。其中,至少在5个大熊猫粪便样品中总离子流图(TIC图)峰面积大于1%的挥发性成分主要有乙醇、丙酮、3-甲基丁醛、2-甲基丁醛、3-戊酮、己醛、庚醛等。

The main components in giant panda＇s feces identified were enol, ketone, aldehyde,alcohol, etc. The compounds, whose peak areas of the total ion current （TIC） were above 1%, were identified to be ethyl alcohol, acetone, 2 methyl butanal, 3 methyl butanal, 3 pentanone, hexanal and heptanal in more than 5 samples .
