摘要 建立了一种检测食品接触用陶瓷制品中18种重金属溶出量(银、铝、砷、钡、镉、钴、铬、铜、铁、锰、钼、镍、铅、锑、硒、锡、铊与锌)的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)方法。方法简便、快速、高效、灵敏度高,方法检出限为0.001mg/L~0.020mg/L,样品的加标回收率为90.6%~105.3%,相对标准偏差为0.94%~3.96%,可适用于视频接触陶瓷制品中有毒有害元素迁移量的检测。 A method for simultaneous determination of 18 migratory heavy metals dissolution in ceram ic products for food contact,including Ag,Al,As,Ba,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mn,Mo,Ni,PB,SB,Se,Sn,Tl and Zn by ICP AES was developed. This method is easy to operate, fast with good accuracy and high sensitivi ty. The detection limits of 18 heavy metals dissolution in ceramic products for food contact are in the range of 0. 001 0. 020mg/L. The recoveries ranged from 90.60/00 to 105.30/00, with the relative standard devia tions (RSDs) of 0. 94%-3. 96%. It can be applied for the detection of trace poisonous and harmful dissol uloility elements from ceramic products for food contact.
