一种基于微流动反应体系检测皮革中六价铬的新方法

摘要 研究建立了一种基于微流动反应体系检测皮革中六价铬(Cr(Ⅵ))的新方法,具有快速、低消耗、准确等特点。线性范围覆盖1~30mg/kg,相关系数到达0.9995,方法检出限为0.43mg/kg,满足皮革Cr(Ⅵ)检测要求。平均回收率在94.1%~109.0%,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于10%,微流动反应体系具有较好的稳定性。试剂低消耗量和检测时间短两大特点,符合绿色化学发展要求,微流动反应体系在Cr(Ⅵ)便携式现场检测和在线监测方面的应用具有更广泛的前景。 The signals of the device were positively and linearly (R2〉0. 999) correlated with the con centrations of Cr(VI) in leather within the range of 1 30 mg/kg. The average recoveries ranged from 94.1% to 109.0%, and the relative standard deviations (n=6) were less than 10%, indicating the stabili ty of the device was favorable. The method detection limit (MDL) of this device was 0.43 mg/kg, which was sufficient for leather detection. Moreover, with very low chemical consumption and short time cost, this device is more applicable for Cr(VI) determination and has potential for on line or portable detection.
