色谱柱对萝卜中敌敌畏农药残留检测的影响

萝卜具有较高的食用价值和药用价值,因此萝卜中的农药残留不容忽视。现阶段检测萝卜农药残留的方法有很多,但鲜有报道气相中不同色谱柱对萝卜农药残留结果的影响[1]。本实验采用NY/T761—2008中蔬菜农药残留检测的前处理方法,选用敌敌畏作为目标检测物,通过气相双柱双塔对萝卜样品进行加标,分析敌敌畏在不同色谱柱上的残留情况,得出结论,这对实际检测有一定的意义。

In this article, the pretreatment method referred to NY/T761-2008 （Pesticide multireside screen methods for determination of organophosphorus pesticides, organochlorine pesticeds , pyrethroid pesticides and carbamate pesticides in vegetables and fruit） Dichlorvos was selected as the analytical tar get. The spiked radish samples were prepared. The residual conditions of dichlorvos on different column were analyzed by gas phase dual column daul tower. The results and conclusions can be applied to actual detection.
