摘要
目的:考察不同高效液相色谱仪测定结果的差异,以保证药品检验结果的准确性。方法:采用《中国药典》2015年版二部阿昔洛韦片的含量测定方法,用Z比分数统计法对实验结果进行统计分析。结果:参加比对的6台仪器实验结果的│Z│值均≤2。结论:6台高效液相色谱仪测定结果准确可靠。
The differences of determined results based on different high performance liquid chromatograph were investigated. The contents of acyclovir tablets were determined referring to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2015, and the experimental results were analyzed by Z score statistical method. The｜Z｜ values for the results of the six instruments that participated in the comparison were ≤ 2, which showed the results based on the six high performance liquid chromatograph were accurate and reliable.
