摘要
以杜儿坪矿为实例,对托盘结构受力进行分析,利用数值模拟技术,验证得出托盘边缘部位应变最大,中心部位剪切应力最大。通过选用强度更大、形状和结构更为合理的新型托盘,缓解了托盘失效及螺母撸扣问题。通过对比新旧两款托盘,得出新型托盘承载力超过旧托盘100%,预紧力转化效率提高了60%,效果显著,为井下巷道支护提供了可参考经验。
The tray structural force of Du"erping Mine was taken as example and analyzed, numerical analysis was used to prove that the stain of the edge of the tray was the largest. The new tray with more strength and reasonable shape solved the problem of pallet failure and nut-puU buckle. The new tray bearing capacity exceeded the old one 100%, preload conversion efficiency improved by 60%, with good effect, providing reference for underground support.
