脱H_2S用活性炭的制备及样品性能研究

摘要 分别以5种大同弱粘煤为主煤,以山东气肥煤为配煤,添加粘结剂,柱状成型制备活性炭样品,并对样品的水分、强度、装填密度、pH值、水容量和饱和硫容量等指标进行检测。结果表明,本实验可制备出各项指标均满足GB/T 7701.1-2008中脱硫用煤质颗粒活性炭技术指标要求的样品,其中,CDGb2#和HDa1#2个样品的饱和硫容量分别达到950 mg/g和1 000 mg/g,具有较强的脱除H_2S性能。 With the five types of Datong weak viscous coal as main coal respectively, the Shandong gas-fat coal was used as auxiliary coal, through adding adhesive, the activated carbon samples were prepared by cylindrical shape. Meanwhile, the moisture content, intensity, apparent density, pH value, water absorption and saturated sulphur capacity of the samples were tested. The results show that the samples meet the requirements of coal based granular activated carbon for desulfurization in GB/T 7701.1-2008 can be prepared in this experiment, among them, the saturated sulphur capacity of the samples CDGb2^# and HDa1^# reach 950 mg/g and 1000 mg/g respectively, and the samples have strong performance for removing hydrogen sulfide.
