改性水滑石吸附废水中磷的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 应用硬脂酸钠对镁铝水滑石进行改性,通过单因素实验和正交实验,对改性镁铝水滑石吸附废水中磷进行了实验研究,考察了pH、吸附温度、吸附剂投加量、吸附时间对磷去除率的影响趋势。结果表明4个因素对磷去除率影响大小为:改性水滑石投加量>吸附时间>溶液pH>吸附温度。最佳处理条件确定为:改性水滑石的投加量为0.7 g,吸附时间为80 min,含磷废水的pH为3.5,吸附温度为室温25℃左右,此时磷的去除率达到92.8%。 The sorbent was obtained by modifying the Mg-Al hydroxide using sodium stearate. Phosphorus wastewater was treated by modified hydroxide. Single factor and orthogonal experiment show that the effect order of the four factors on the removal rate of phosphorus is as follows: adsorbent dosage 〉 adsorption time 〉 wastewater pH〉 adsorption temperature. The most suitable conditions are adsorbent dosage is 0.7 g, adsorption time is 80 min,wastewater pH is 3.5 and adsorption temperatures is about 25℃ and under the optimal conditions, wastewater the removal rate of phosphorus is 92.8%.
