Innovative Reconstruction of Border Control Crime Investigation Teaching

大数据时代,信息化的迅猛发展及对以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革的推进,给刑事执法带来前所未有的挑战。公安边防刑事侦查教学作为培养边防刑侦人才的主干内容,在课程体系设置、培养学员的执法理念以及教学方式和实训模式上存在诸多亟待解决的瓶颈问题,必须用全新的角度和理念去筹划改进,甚至进行颠覆性的重构,全面创新边防刑事侦查教学。

In the era of big data, the rapid development of information technology and the reform of the Trial-cen- tered System bring more challenges to criminal law enforcement. As a main course of training talents, there are many bottlenecks in crime investigation of border control teaching, such as course planning, law enforcement concept culti- vation, teaching methods, and practical training model. Improvement in the teaching of crime investigation must be made in terms of adopting new perspective and new concept, and even subversive reconstruction must be carried out to innovate the teaching of crime investigation in border control in an all-round way.
