摘要
远程学习者学业低绩效现象一直困扰着远程教育机构,缺乏内部动机、自我效能感低以及学术融合度不匹配是造成问题的主要原因。通过对自我效能感理论、沉浸理论和学习动机理论的梳理,提出三者的相互关系及在学习过程中的作用机制。在此基础上,从促进学习者产生沉浸体验的角度,提出了在线学习技能先行组织者、虚拟榜样学习者、成功经验激励等增强自我效能感的策略和学习目标图示、多维度反馈、动态调整目标等沉浸体验策略。
The low-performance of distance learners has plagued the distance education institutions for a long time. The lack of internal motivation, low self-effecacy and mismatch of academic investment are the main causes of the problem. Combined with the theory of self-efficacy theory, flow theory and learning motivation, this paper points out the relationship among the above three and the action mechanism in the learning process, then proposes several strat-egies to enhance self-efficacy, such as online learning skills pioneer organizers, virtual role model learners, and suc- cessful experience incentives as well as some flow experience strategies, such as learning goal icon, multi-dimen- sional feedback, dynamics adjustable targets.
