大理地区屠宰生猪的戊型肝炎病毒的流行病学调查

Epidemiological Investigation on Hepatitis E Virus Infection in Pigs Fed in Dali

目的:了解大理地区猪群中猪戊型肝炎的感染情况,为大理地区戊型肝炎的防治提供一定的理论依据。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法对屠宰生猪510份血清中戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)抗体进行检测,应用免疫组织化学染色法对152份屠宰生猪肝脏样本进行HEV相关抗原检测,并对肝脏样本进行组织病理学观察。结果:(1)HEV-IgG阳性率为17.5%(89/510),HEV-IgM阳性率为6.3%(32/510),HEV-IgM、HEV-IgG均阳性的标本0份,HEV抗体阳性率为23.7%(121/510)。(2)组织病理学观察发现,68.4%(104/152)的肝组织存在不同程度的病变。(3)免疫组织化学染色结果表明,63.2%(96/152)的肝脏标本呈HEV抗原阳性。结论:大理地区猪群中HEV感染率较高,相关部门应予以重视并采取相应措施。

Objectives： To smwey the prevalence of swine hepatitis E virus in pigs in Dali, and provide a theoretical basis for preventing and controlling swine hepatitis e virus. Methods： Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）was used to detect HEV- IgG and HEV-IgM in 510 serum samples, the immunohistoehemieal staining method was used to detect HEV antigen in 152 liver samples, and the liver samples were histopathologieally sectioned and stained by hematoxylin and eosin for microscopic observations. Results： （1） The positive rates of HAV-IgG and HEV-IgM were 17.5% （89/510） and 6.3% （32/510）, respectively, none of the samples was both HEV- IgG and HEV-IgM positive, and the positive rate of anti-HEV was 23.7% （121/510）. （2） Histopathologieal observations showed different degrees of pathological changes could be found in 68.4%（ 104/152）liver tissue samples. （3） The results of immunohistoehemieal stains indicated that the HEV antigen positive rate was 63.2%. Conclusion： There is a high prevalence of HEV in swine herds in Dali, and relevant government departments should attach importance to it and take corresponding measures.
