时代的进步影响着我军政治工作目标任务的确立和方法途径的选择,思想政治教育话语如何快速适应外部环境,找准创新的切入点,完成从顶层设计到实践运用的全方位立体化的创新,首先要做的就是对当前的境遇进行深入的分析。研究如何有效应对挑战,抓住发展机遇,正确看待挑战与机遇之间的内在关联,如何将挑战与机遇化为军队思想政治教育话语创新的着力点,为军队思想政治教育发挥更大的作用。

The progress of the times influences the goal and methods of PLA political work. Ideological and political education discourse should adapt to the times and find a cut-in point to complete the full range of innovation from top-level design to practice. The first step is to make an in-depth analysis on the current situation. To effectively cope with challenges and seize the opportunities for development, we should promote research on the inner relationship between challenges and opportunities and seek the key point of discourse innovation,which will play a greater role in the ideological and political education in the army.
