摘要
[目的]探讨岗位技能强化培训对儿科护生职业能力的影响。[方法]采用随机抽样方法,将我院2016级实习生随机分为对照组和观察组各80人。对照组采用常规培训方法,观察组采用岗位技能强化培训模式,比较两组护生技能操作考核、综合评定考核、护生职业认同问卷、实习护生压力源量表得分。[结果]观察组技能操作考核、综合评定成绩高于对照组(P<0.01);护生职业认同问卷评分观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);实习护生压力源量表评分观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]岗位技能强化培训提高了儿科实习护生的职业能力,提升了职业认同感,降低了实习护生的压力。
To discuss the influence of occupation skill intensive training on professional ability of pediatric nursing students.Methods:Using the random sampling method,the 2016 interns of our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 80 people.The control group used the routine training method,and the observation group used the post-skilled intensive training mode to compare the two groups of nursing students′ skills assessment,comprehensive assessment and assessment,nursing professional identification questionnaire,and the value of the nursing students′ stress source.Results:The nursing students in experimental group were obviously superior to those from control group in skill operation assessment ,comprehensive assessment(P〈0.01).The nursing students in experimental group were obviously superior to those from control group in Professional identity questionnaire for nurse students(P〈0.01).The nursing students in experimental group were obviously inferior to those from control group in stress rating scale for nurse students(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Occupation skill intensive training on professional ability of pediatric nursing students could enhance the nursing students’mastering operating skills,and also could improve their clinical operating capacity,improve their professional ability ,reduce their stress etc.
