摘要 数据、算力、算法共同引发了人工智能的第三次发展浪潮。人工智能是互联网、电力以及蒸汽机之后最有可能带来新一次产业革命的颠覆性技术。人工智能技术在虚拟政务助理、智能会议、机器人流程自动化、公文处理以及辅助决策等政府智能办公领域有着广阔的应用前景,将助力提升行政效能,缓解人力匮乏、提高决策水平。 With the fast development of data, computing and algorithms, third wave of AI emerged. AI is the key technology to bring a new wave of industrial revolution after the steam engine, electricity and Internet. AI has great potential in the work of government, such as virtual assistant, intelligent conference, robot process automation, document processing and assistant decision-making. Introducing AI into government office automation will effectively improve government efficiency, alleviate the shortage of human resources, and help to make more smart decisions.
