“W”型火焰炉受热面壁温超限排烟温度高研究

摘要 机组运行中常出现高温过热器、高温再热器受热面金属壁温超限、锅炉排烟温度偏高等问题。锅炉停炉后检查发现水平烟道及折焰角处积灰现象和以前相比明显严重。通过SIS系统调取近期锅炉运行的相关数据并结合锅炉投产后的运行特性及近期燃用煤质特点,分析锅炉运行中水平烟道严重积灰造成高过、高再壁温超限,排烟温度偏高的现象,以及造成此类现象的原因和控制措施。 Recent unit operation causes of high temperature superheater heating surface of high temperature reheater metal wall temperature overrun, boiler somewhat higher exhaust temperature of the furnace after the inspection found that the horizontal flue and fold the flame Angle place of formation obviously serious than ever before through the SIS system obtain the relevant data of boiler operation combined with the boiler operation characteristics and after the production of burning coal quality characteristics, recent analysis in the operation of the boiler flue dust serious cause higher than high wall temperature overrun again, high exhaust temperature, causes and control measures.
