＂党对军队的绝对领导＂是中国共产党在领导和建设人民军队过程中创立的最重要制度。这一制度产生于为实现中国现代国家政治整合而进行的激烈军事斗争,初始发动于国民党政党领军结构模式,形成于我党创建人民军队的艰难探索中,具有历史必然性。

＇The absolute leadership of the Party over the Military ＂ is the most important system created by the CPC in establishing the people＇s military force.This system has been developed amidst fierce military conflicts to realize China＇s modern national political integration.It originated from the Party-Military＂ model adopted by the Kuomintang and developed through painstaking exploration by the CPC,and is thus historically necessary.
