联合国维和行动的确立,开始了国际武装力量介入一国国内政治秩序重建的新实践. 从联合国-非盟达尔富尔混合任务团在苏丹共和国的维和实践看,维和行动在一国政治秩序恢复中的作用发挥受到诸多因素的限制,国际军事力量在国内政治秩序恢复中是否能发挥预定的作用还有待观察.

The establishment of the United Nations peacekeeping operations has initiated a new practice of international armed forces taking part in reconstructing a country＇s domestic political order. From the experiences of UNAMID mission and practice in the Republic of Sudan, we can see that the role of peacekeeping operations in restoring a country＇s political order may be restrained by various factors. Thus further observation is needed as to how international military forces play their role in restoring a country＇s domestic political order.
