摘要 引水隧洞的永久衬砌设计对引水隧洞安全、工程经济影响较大。目前引水隧洞衬砌计算多采用ANSYS平面有限元法,但存在一定弊端,不便模拟外水压力工况,而且计算得到的结果不能直接用于配筋设计。以厄瓜多尔德尔西水电站引水隧洞为例,系统介绍美国规范中的引水隧洞永久衬砌的设计计算方法,此方法能够简便的模拟引水隧洞衬砌各种受力工况,并且得到的内力值可直接用于配筋计算,计算结果准确可靠,便于设计人员应用计算。可为国外需要依据美国规范进行设计的工程提供参考借鉴。 The permanent lining design of the diversion tunnel has a great impact on the safety and engineering economy of the diversion tunnel. At present, ANSYS plane finite dement method is often used for the calculation of the lining of the diversion tunnel, but there are certain drawbacks. It is inconvenient to simulate the external water pressure conditions, and the calculated results cannot be directly used for the reinforcement design. Taking the diversion tunnel of Delsi Hydropower Station in Ecuador as an example, the system introduces the design and calculation method of the permanent lining of the diversion tunnel in the US code. This method can easily simulate the various stress conditions of the diversion tunnel lining, and the obtained internal force value can be directly- used. Reinforcement calculation, the calculation results are accurate and reliable, which is convenient for designers to apply- calculations. It can provide reference for foreign projects that need to be designed according to American norms.
