Problems and Countermeasures of Medical Care and Health Care of Veteran Cadres in the Army

为进一步做好军队离退休干部住院医疗保健工作,根据需求进行改进,通过召开座谈会、发放问卷调查、出院随访等,掌握离退休干部在住院期间面临的具体问题,一是病情稳定不愿意出院与急需治疗患者住院难的问题;二是坚持合理用药与家属点名用药之间的矛盾;三是特殊工作环境导致医护人员压力大、人员不稳定的问题;四是病区管理难落实导致安全隐患增多等。解决以上矛盾和问题,一是要严格掌握住院标准,二是解除后顾之忧,三是提升内涵质量,四是强化优质服务,五是加强风险防范,解决离退休干部面临的一些实际问题,受到离退休干部和干休所领导高度评价。

To further carry out hospital medical care for military veteran cadres, and improve our work attheir demand, we thoroughly explored the problems facing the hospital through symposium, questionnaire survey and follow-up. Among these problems, the first one was the contradiction between the hospital discharge of inpa-tients and the hospitalization of emergency patients. The second one was the contradiction between the rational drug use and named medicine by cadre＇s family members. Third, the special working environment led to the problem of high pressure of staff and unstable personnel. Fourth, the difficulty of security management implementation in the cadre？s ward increased security risk. To solve the above contradictions and problems, a series of measures were car-ried out. We strictly grasped the hospitalization standard, removed the actual difficulties back at home, improved connotation and service quality, and strengthened risk prevention. These measures finally resolve some actual prob-lems facing the retired veteran cadres, and get high praise from them.
