颈肩腰腿痛患者整体护理

Value of Holistic Nursing in Improving Nursing Quality of Patients with Neck,Shoulder,Waist and Leg Pain

目的探讨基于临床护理路径的整体护理在改善小针刀治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者护理质量中的价值。方法选取2013年9月至2016年9月期间某院小针刀治疗的颈肩腰腿痛患者100例,依据随机数表法随机分为整体路径组和常规组,每组50例,常规组给予常规护理,整体路径组在常规组基础上给予基于临床护理路径的整体护理,比较两组护理质量。结果整体路径组治疗当日、治疗后一天、3天的焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分明显低于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);整体路径组疾病知识掌握率、遵医行为依从率、护理满意率明显高于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05); Logistic回归性分析法结果显示,疾病知识掌握程度、遵医行为依从性、焦虑状态是患者护理满意度的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论基于临床护理路径的整体护理可有效提高小针刀治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者的疾病知识掌握程度,可有效改善患者的遵医行为依从性和焦虑状态,有利于改善患者的护理满意度和减少其独立危险因素的不良影响,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To discuss the value of holistic nursing based on clinical nursing pathway in impro-ving nursing quality of patients with neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain treated with small needle knife. Methods100 patients with the small needle knife therapy for neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain were selected from September 2013 to September 2016 in a hospital. According to the random distribution, all the patients were divided into overall path group and conventional group, 50 cases in each group. The conventional group was given routine nursing,and the overall path group on the basis was given the based on clinical nursing path integral nursing. The nursing quality of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment day, after treatment 1, 3 d self anxiety scale （SAS） scores of the overall path group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group, there were statistically signifi-cant difference（P〈0. 05）. The disease knowledge rate,compliance according to the medical behavior rate,nursing sat-isfaction rate of the overall path group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group, there was statis-tically significant difference（P〈0. 05）. The results of logistic regression sex analysis method showed that the degree of disease knowledge, the state of anxiety, the compliance according to the medical behavior were the independent risk factors of the degree of nursing satisfaction in patients（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The holistic nursing based on clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the master of the disease of patients who had small needle knife cure treat-ment for neck, shoulder, waist pain, and it can effectively improve the patient the compliance according to the medi-cal behavior and the anxiety state, it is benefitial to improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and reduce the ad-verse impact of the independent risk factors. It？s worth further clinical promotion.
